Better cement-free

The SEMBLA® masonry system is made from low-carbon concrete based on geopolymers, making it a fully mineral-based building material. The binder is made from pozzolanic materials, including naturally occurring raw materials and industrial by-products. As a result, the geopolymer concrete has up to 70% lower carbon footprint as conventional concrete, while being stronger and more durable.

With SEMBLA® you plan and build masonry for new and existing buildings up to building class 4 – flexibly, recoverably, and with almost no waste. The modular system combines slimness and load-bearing capacity, good basic sound insulation, thermal storage mass, and F60 fire protection – creating future-proof, circular buildings with adaptable floor plans.

As an infill wall, the SEMBLA® masonry system maximizes its potential in skeleton and hybrid construction: It adds circular, reversible wall structures to timber, steel, or concrete frameworks, while scoring with solid acoustic protection and thermal mass.

Non-load-bearing interior walls

Partition Walls

Functioning as a non-structural partition, SEMBLA® provides slim 12.5 cm interior walls up to 3 m high. Blocks can remain raw to showcase the functional groove grid or be customized with finishes ranging from paneling to render. This allows for flexible, circular room layouts in new construction and renovation projects.

Load-bearing Masonry

Our load-bearing SEMBLA® masonry – with approval in process – rounds off the system by offering slim, load-bearing walls for inside and out.
Thanks to the functional groove grid, you remain maximally flexible in choosing and fastening facade systems and interior cladding – enabling diverse, circular building types up to Building Class 4.
